Led by the SEMI Foundation in collaboration with the SEMI Fab Owners Alliance (FOA), Women of the FOA™ was created to help increase representation, participation, and leadership opportunities for women across one of the semiconductor industry’s most influential communities.
About Women of the FOA™
Creating Space for Leadership and Connection
Women of the FOA™ was established to help strengthen engagement and visibility for women participating within the Fab Owners Alliance community.
Historically, participation of women at FOA meetings has been as low as 3%. Women of the FOA™ exists to help change that by creating greater opportunities for connection, collaboration, participation, and leadership.
The initiative is focused not only on increasing presence, but also on helping ensure women are supported, visible, and positioned to contribute and lead across the semiconductor ecosystem.
